На территорию к дому въезд посторонних ограничен, двое автоматических ворот.

Квартира не сдаётся для проведения торжеств и развлекательных мероприятий.
Цены могут регулироваться в выходные и праздничные дни, а также от количества гостей.
Цена указана за 2 человека, каждый следующий гость плюс 200 рублей.
Комплект постельного белья идёт только на двухспальную кровать, дополнительный комплект постельного белья плюс 200 рублей (единоразовый платёж).
Заезд с 14:00, выезд до 11:00.
Заезд после 21:00, оплачивается как поздний заезд, плюс 300 рублей.
